Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is nicely furnished and well located at 575 Flinders, very close to the Southern Cross Station. However, the rooms facing Spencer Street have a major noise issue from auto, tram, pedestrian, and commuter train traffic. The service is fantastic, and the location is convenient for getting around, but watch out for safety particularly at night. The dining experience is reasonable but limited in choice. The facilities are well-maintained and provide good amenities.
The hotel is ideally located near free trams and many attractions, providing great convenience. The rooms are comfortable for a family stay, despite possible noise from the construction works in progress. The staff is very helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience overall. However, the front desk service can be inconsistent. The dining experience offers a variety of choices, although there were issues with availability and presentation. The hotel facilities are satisfactory, meeting basic needs.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were large enough and clean, but unfortunately, they felt old and dated with a mouldy shower curtain. On the bright side, the rooms were surprisingly quiet despite the nearby train and trams, and some even offered a decent view.
The hotel offers spacious, clean, and functional rooms that were great despite some noise from party revellers outside. The service was lovely and extremely helpful. The location, although convenient with tram access, was affected by nearby construction. The dining experience was fairly good, but improvements could be made regarding cleanliness and food availability. The facilities generally met expectations.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were modern and clean, albeit a bit drab, but they had everything I needed. The service was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient, especially for accessing major tourist sites. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a satisfying breakfast. The hotel offered well-maintained facilities.
